SYNOPSIS
likwid-setFreq <coreId> <frequency> [<governor>]
DESCRIPTION
likwid-setFreq is a command line application that mediates the request from likwid-
setFrequencies(1) because setting a CPU core's frequency and/or governor requires root
privileges. This executable must be suid-root.
