This repository contains the most updated code version of MANTIS, the Multi-locus ANTIgenic Simulator R-package.MANTIS is developed and maintained by the Evolutionary Ecology of Infectious Disease (EEID) research group at the Department of Zoology, University of Oxford, UK.
