DESCRIPTION

This program lets you monitor and log latency between the computer where you run it and another host. That other host could be anywhere on the Internet.
It's good for troubleshooting networks, or proving there is a problem.
An option to log to a .csv file lets you easily import the data into a spreadsheet program for charting.
