This is the command bp_gccalcp that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator
PROGRAM:
NAME
bp_gccalc - GC content of nucleotide sequences
SYNOPSIS
bp_gccalc [-f/--format FORMAT] [-h/--help] filename
or
bp_gccalc [-f/--format FORMAT] < filename
or
bp_gccalc [-f/--format FORMAT] -i filename
DESCRIPTION
This scripts prints out the GC content for every nucleotide sequence from the input file.
OPTIONS
The default sequence format is fasta.
The sequence input can be provided using any of the three methods:
unnamed argument
bp_gccalc filename
named argument
bp_gccalc -i filename
standard input
bp_gccalc < filename
