fib2image - Draw image from point coordinates of fiber tracks from .fib file.
SYNOPSIS
fib2image TrackingImage
DESCRIPTION
Fiber tracking results from the UNC Fiber Tracking tool are read from Standard Input and
all fiber points are drawn into a 3D image. The result is written in one of the supported
image file formats.
OPTIONS

Set verbosity level.
--verbose, -v
Increment verbosity level by 1 (deprecated; supported for backward compatibility).
--threads <integer>
Set maximum number of parallel threads (for POSIX threads and OpenMP).

--value <double>
Value used for drawing fiber points. [Default: 1]
--output <string>, -o <string>
Output image file name. [Default: fib2image.nii ]
