This is the command euca-deregister that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator

euca-deregister - De-register an image. After you de-register an image it cannot be used
to launch new instances.

euca-deregister [--show-empty-fields] [--region USER@REGION | -U URL] [-I KEY_ID] [-S KEY]
[--debug] [--debugger] [--version] [-h] IMAGE
DESCRIPTION
De-register an image. After you de-register an image it cannot be used to launch new
instances.
DESCRIPTION
Note that in Eucalyptus 3 you may need to run this twice to completely remove an image's
registration from the system.
positional arguments:
IMAGE ID of the image to de-register (required)
optional arguments:
--show-empty-fields
show empty values as "(nil)"
--region USER@REGION
name of the region and/or user in config files to use to connect to the service
-U URL, --url URL
compute service endpoint URL
-I KEY_ID, --access-key-id KEY_ID
-S KEY, --secret-key KEY
