This is the command from.mailutils that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator

from.mailutils - display from and subject.
SYNOPSIS
from.mailutils [OPTION...] [OPTIONS] [USER]
DESCRIPTION
GNU from -- display from and subject.
-c, --count
just print a count of messages and exit
-d, --debug
enable debugging output
-f, --file=FILE
read mail from FILE
-s, --sender=ADDRESS
print only mail from addresses containing the supplied string

check configuration file syntax and exit
--config-verbose, --rcfile-verbose
verbosely log parsing of the configuration files
