mlpack_gmm_probability - gmm probability calculator

SYNOPSIS

mlpack_gmm_probability [-h] [-v] -i string -m string [-o string] -V

DESCRIPTION

This program calculates the probability that given points came from a given GMM (that is,
P(X | gmm)). The GMM is specified with the --input_model_file option, and the points are
specified with the --input_file option. The output probabilities are stored in the file
specified by the --output_file option.

REQUIRED OPTIONS

--input_file (-i) [string]
File containing points.

--input_model_file (-m) [string]
File containing input GMM.

OPTIONS

--help (-h)
Default help info.

--info [string]
Get help on a specific module or option. Default value ''.

--output_file (-o) [string]
File to save calculated probabilities to. Default value 'output.csv'.

--verbose (-v)
Display informational messages and the full list of parameters and timers at the
end of execution.

--version (-V)
Display the version of mlpack.
