This is a browser based catalogue application which is used to categorize and link any kind of components. The major objective for the implementation was to manage software components including its runtimes and implementation details.
Each component can have:
- HTML formatted description
- documents and other URLs can be linked
- different environment specific versions and status
- person of contact for this component
- overview of related components
- all component details changes are logged and displayed
Addition features:
- component relations can be categorized and documented
- additional option to group components into domains or function/business areas
- all components, relations and domins can be exported into graphml format
- component categories, relation types and domains can be defined and maintained unrestrictedly
