Filt8 - for WSJT protocols FT8 FT4 v0.9
DESCRIPTION
Written in Python to run on MacOS. Like a JTAlert or GridTracker only minimalist and cross-platform as it is written in Python using tkinter as an interface. For FT8, FT4, JT9, JT65 protocols. Written for memory or CPU constrained systems, does not require internet access. Originally written for my very low end QRP laptop with very little system resources.
This is a QSO "filter" for WSJT-X. Tired of trying to watch all of those callsigns fly by? Filt8 categorizes them into CQ's, 73's and in-progress comms. It allows you to filter out what you don't want to see (QRM in hamradio lingo), and highlight what you want to call your attention to. It will filter by region, country, and for the United States, by state. Looking for that rare DX, or that last state for WAS? This is the software for you. Very lightweight.
What it is NOT: This is not a QSO logger. It is not a QSO automator.
