DESCRIPTION:
Images often have dirty pixels, that are almost a certain color, usually white. PixelWasher can get rid of these pixels using thresholds defined by the user. The output image is smaller in size, and is easier to edit.
The rules can be simple using "and", "or", and brackets, or rules can be written in C#. Examples are provided in the "Rule" combo box.
