This program prints a list of lines that are longer than the length given
by the user. The program will ask for a file and a length and then it will
search for lines that are longer than the given length in the given file.
It will then print the line numbers of these lines and the length of these
lines. So, you can use this program to find out if all the lines in your
file are within a certain limit or not.
