I have completely redesigned the entire UTE Program. Please make sure that you have the following programs installed before you run the ULIX TxT Editor:
Windows:
-Python 2.7.x [Must download the Win32 version of Python2.7.x] (Will not work with any Python 3.x releases)
-Python's Win32API, WIn32Print, all other Win32 plugins (download the Win32 package for python at https://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20221/pywin32-221.win32-py2.7.exe/download )
Linux:
NOW fully functional as an executable without the need for iPython.
