About Webp Files : These Files are created when Using Opera Web Browser in Turbo Mode . All images(.jpg) are converted into .webp and are saved temporary in opera Cache directory . (e.g. for opera 27 its cache folder path is C:\Documents and Settings\Aryan555\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Cache ).
