BibDisk è un programma per l'archiviazione di supporti software (DVDrom, CDrom, hd, ecc...) suddividendoli per archivi, dove vengono salvate tutte le scansioni che appartengono allo stesso genere (Giochi, Software, Riviste, Applicativi, S.O. ecc..). Al primo avvio, il programma crea tutti i file necessari per gestire l'intero archivio e chiederà di immettere un nome per la prima voce, infatti senza una voce non è possibile effettuare scansioni e quindi salvataggi. Si possono effettuare varie operazioni sul contenuto di una voce: --Ricerca di File e Cartelle --Backup dell'intero Archivio --Inserire segnalibri per File, Cartelle, Dischi --Stampa delle etichette --Stampa per i dischi --Informazioni sul disco --Lanciare un programma --Varie opzioni di scansione
