This is the Windows app named FLAML whose latest release can be downloaded as v2.1.1.zip. It can be run online in the free hosting provider OnWorks for workstations.
Download and run online this app named FLAML with OnWorks for free.
Follow these instructions in order to run this app:
- 1. Downloaded this application in your PC.
- 2. Enter in our file manager https://www.onworks.net/myfiles.php?username=XXXXX with the username that you want.
- 3. Upload this application in such filemanager.
- 4. Start any OS OnWorks online emulator from this website, but better Windows online emulator.
- 5. From the OnWorks Windows OS you have just started, goto our file manager https://www.onworks.net/myfiles.php?username=XXXXX with the username that you want.
- 6. Download the application and install it.
- 7. Download Wine from your Linux distributions software repositories. Once installed, you can then double-click the app to run them with Wine. You can also try PlayOnLinux, a fancy interface over Wine that will help you install popular Windows programs and games.
Wine is a way to run Windows software on Linux, but with no Windows required. Wine is an open-source Windows compatibility layer that can run Windows programs directly on any Linux desktop. Essentially, Wine is trying to re-implement enough of Windows from scratch so that it can run all those Windows applications without actually needing Windows.

FLAML
DESCRIPTION:
FLAML is a lightweight Python library that finds accurate machine learning models automatically, efficiently and economically. It frees users from selecting learners and hyperparameters for each learner. For common machine learning tasks like classification and regression, it quickly finds quality models for user-provided data with low computational resources. It supports both classical machine learning models and deep neural networks. It is easy to customize or extend. Users can find their desired customizability from a smooth range: minimal customization (computational resource budget), medium customization (e.g., scikit-style learner, search space, and metric), or full customization (arbitrary training and evaluation code). It supports fast automatic tuning, capable of handling complex constraints/guidance/early stopping. FLAML is powered by a new, cost-effective hyperparameter optimization and learner selection method invented by Microsoft Research.
Features
- FLAML requires Python version >= 3.7. It can be installed from pip
- To run the notebook examples, install flaml with the [notebook] option
- With three lines of code, you can start using this economical and fast AutoML engine
- You can restrict the learners and use FLAML as a fast hyperparameter tuning tool for XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest etc. or a customized learner
- You can also run generic hyperparameter tuning for a custom function
- Zero-shot AutoML allows using the existing training API from lightgbm, xgboost etc. while getting the benefit of AutoML in choosing high-performance hyperparameter configurations per task
