Instructions: Run the executable then Launch the game.I created this so I can play Metal Gear Rising at 60Hz. The frequency is hard coded and so it will only work at 60Hz. This is generally a fix for applications that use default system output functions. Most applications would have an override that makes this program useless but if the application has an override over the call, you shouldn't need this to run along side of it.
This is an application that can also be fetched from https://sourceforge.net/projects/forcefix/. It has been hosted in OnWorks in order to be run online in an easiest way from one of our free Operative Systems.
