No files are created for "Matched file list", "Duplicates Detected" and "Log Messages" unless requested by the user.
Version 0.1 - 3rd March 2020 - Initial Release
Use this application to copy files matching the specified file extension (defaults to all) to a selected output folder. Optionally the files can be copied to sub folders with the creation date as the name. The search process can also check for duplicates by detecting matching md5 hashes. The list of files found and the duplicates found are written to text files.
A search on a directory with extensive nested sub-directories can take some time and may cause the app to show as not responding. Changes will be made in later revsions to refine the code. This is beta software, you use it at your own risk.
