DESCRIPTION:
JointTrack Auto will calculate and report the 3-D motions of artificial implants or bones from 2-D image data (obtained from X-Ray films or fluoroscopic video) with minimal input from the user. Version 3 is now available and includes a host of new convenient features, as well as a working biplane setting! Calculations are all done on the GPU leading to an order of magnitude speedup (around 3,000 iterations per second). Please see the user guide in the resources section for a rundown on how to use this latest version. Note this version differs slightly from the version used in our paper - we will upload the paper version at some point in 2018 after a few user friendly updates are made.Features
