This repository contains the most updated code version of MANTIS, the Multi-locus ANTIgenic Simulator R-package.
MANTIS is developed and maintained by the Evolutionary Ecology of Infectious Disease (EEID) research group at the Department of Zoology, University of Oxford, UK.

At the moment, MANTIS is not available on CRAN.
