DESCRIPTION
Meqaris (Meeting Equipment and Room Invitation System) is a system that allows booking meeting rooms and other resources (like mobile whiteboards, projectors or conference sets) by using the same type of e-mail invitations that are used to invite participants to meetings.
Simply add "resource participants" to the recipient list (like other attendees) of your e-mail invitation to book the resource and wait for a response.
