Oso32 (Otro sistema operativo de 32 bits) es un sistema operativo que funciona en el modo protegido del i80386. Está basado en el Oso original desarrollado por Juan Piernas Cánovas de la Universidad de Murcia.
Oso32 surgió con motivo de unas prácticas para la asignatura de Desarrollo y Estructura Interna de un Sistema Operativo (DEISO) de la Universidad de Murcia. Las prácticas consistían en portar el actual sistema operativo (OSO) que funcionaba únicamente en el modo real (16bits) para que aprovechara las capacidades que proporcionan los procesadores a partir del 386 en cuanto a protección y acceso a memoria.
El código fuente del Oso32 ha sido liberado bajo licencia GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) ya que hace uso de un controlador de disquetera escrito para FreeDOS bajo dicha licencia.
