SCREENSHOTS:
Secure Credentials and Data
DESCRIPTION:
Cred will create a SQLite database file for each account. The database is opened
briefly upon logging in to retrieve record descriptors, and opens briefly when
creating new records, updating, deleting, etc. Otherwise, it spends most of its
time happily encrypted.
Cred is not a multi-device add on or plugin or any such thing, it simply creates
encrypted files and reads from them. However, since it is completely self
contained, it is ideal for use on a thumb drive on your keychain or in your
purse. The database files are not OS specific; a file created with the Windows
executable is readable by the Linux binary.
Features
- Self contained and portable
- Ideal for key chain drives
