A good example would be watching a movie at the movie theater and having an image of a cold glass of cola appear for a very brief moment or a quick flash of a message that says "Hungry? Eat Popcorn". Most likely you will not consciously know that you just witnessed the subliminal message but you now have an undeniable urge to buy a bag of popcorn and a soft drink.
The idea behind this software is more-or-less the same except it allows you to take control of the messages you are subjected to and hopefully lead to lasting, positive changes in your life.
