Download all the files and compile. No special params. Make sure you have the list file in the same directory as the exe. I suggest moving the compiled project to a more usable folder.

Only execute once, there is sometimes a bug where it crashes from an unhandled web exception. There are a few plugin projects at Winamp that do not have a download (removed ect). Any it does not get will be put in the error file.
